• Free shipping on orders over $120
• Free shipping does not apply to international orders, shipping and duties are calculated at the check outt
• All orders are shipped from California, Monday through Friday. JANTZEN does not ship on federal holidays or weekends.
• Easy 30 days returns and exchanges
• $20-Express shipping.
• All orders with expedited shipping that are placed prior to 1:00 p.m. (MST) will be processed and shipped the same day; expedited orders placed after 1:00 p.m. (MST) will be processed and shipped the following business day. 

RETURNS

•  JANTZEN accepts returned items that are unused, unworn, unwashed and within 30 days of shipment.
• Items marked as 70% OFF FINAL SALE can not be returned or exchanged
•  Returns are free if you utilize the return label provided by Jantzen.
• JANTZEN will process all refunds to your credit card, less shipping costs, within 2-3 weeks of receiving your returned item(s) to our warehouse.
•  Place your item(s) in any shipping box or bag (along with the printed invoice you received with your order) and return using your preferred shipping method.
