- All orders are shipped from California, Monday through Friday. JANTZEN does not ship on federal holidays or weekends.

- $25-Express shipping.
- All orders with expedited shipping that are placed prior to 12:00 p.m. (MST)(noon) will be processed and shipped the same day; expedited orders placed after 12:00 p.m. (MST) will be processed and shipped the following business day.
RETURNS
- JANTZEN accepts returned items that are unused, unworn, unwashed and within 30 days of shipment.
- Items marked as FINAL SALE can not be returned or exchanged
- Returns are free if you utilize the return label provided by Jantzen.
- JANTZEN will process all refunds to your credit card, less shipping costs, within 2-3 weeks of receiving your returned item(s) to our warehouse.
