Sales, Discount Codes & Promotional Offers

Jantzen may provide store credit if an item’s price is reduced within 7 days of your purchase. If you believe your order is eligible, please contact Customer Service at cs@jantzen.com.

Jantzen reserves the right to modify or terminate discount codes, coupons, and promotional offers at any time without notice. Multiple discounts may not be used during checkout, and customers are limited to one discount code or promotional offer per purchase.

BOGO Promotions

For Buy One, Get One promotions, the promotional discount is based on the lowest-priced qualifying item and is allocated proportionately across the items in the order.

If one or more items from a BOGO order are returned, the refund will reflect the discounted value assigned to the returned item rather than its full original ticket price.

Final Sale & Clearance

Items marked FINAL SALE cannot be returned for a refund, store credit, or exchange. Products discounted 70% or more are considered final sale and are not eligible for return.

Clearance offers are valid only while supplies last and apply to eligible purchases made on Jantzen.com. Clearance items are excluded from additional sales, discount codes, coupons, and vouchers unless otherwise stated.

No adjustments will be made to prior purchases. Clearance purchases are not eligible for future price adjustments and are final sale.

Jantzen reserves the right to change or cancel clearance promotions at any time. Discounts apply to merchandise only and do not apply to shipping, handling, or taxes.

Returns, Exchanges & Shipping Promotions

Returns and exchanges are governed by our Returns & Exchanges policy.

Throughout the year, Jantzen may offer free or discounted shipping promotions. These promotions apply only to items shipped within the continental U.S. unless otherwise stated. International orders are excluded from shipping promotions.

If a shipping promotion requires a minimum order amount and returned items cause the order to fall below that threshold, you may become ineligible for the promotion and the original shipping discount may be reversed.
