Shipping Information
We want your order to arrive as quickly and smoothly as possible. Below you’ll find details on order processing, shipping options, international delivery, tracking, and shipping promotions.
Shipping Origin: All orders ship from California, Monday through Friday, excluding weekends and federal holidays.
Expedited Orders: Orders placed before 11:00 a.m. PT are processed and shipped the same business day. Expedited orders placed after 11:00 a.m. PT will ship the following business day.
Standard Processing: Most orders shipping via FedEx are processed and shipped within 1–2 business days after your order is placed.
Please note that shipping and delivery timeframes are estimates and may be longer during high-volume sales periods or holidays.

Transit times begin after your order has been processed and shipped.
International Shipping
Shipping charges, duties, and taxes for international orders are calculated at checkout based on the destination and order contents.
International delivery timelines vary by destination and may be affected by customs processing.
Tracking Your Order
Once your order ships, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information.
Please allow up to 1 business day after shipment for tracking updates to appear.
Shipping Promotions
Free or discounted shipping promotions apply only to orders shipped within the continental U.S., unless otherwise stated. International orders are excluded from shipping promotions.
Eligible shipping discounts are automatically applied at checkout.
If your order qualified for a shipping promotion and a return causes your order to fall below the required threshold, the original shipping cost may be deducted from your refund.
Important Shipping Policies
Processing & Carrier Notes
- Orders are processed Monday through Friday only.
- We do not ship on weekends or federal holidays.
- Most orders ship via FedEx, though carrier may vary depending on destination and service level.
- Delivery timelines are estimates and are not guaranteed.
- Orders may be delayed during major sales events, holidays, or periods of unusually high order volume.
- Jantzen is not responsible for shipping delays caused by weather, natural disasters, carrier issues, or other events outside of our control.
Address & Delivery Responsibility
- Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address at checkout.
- Jantzen is not responsible for packages delivered to an incorrect address entered by the customer.
- Once a package is marked as delivered by the carrier, Jantzen is not responsible for lost or stolen packages.
- If your tracking shows delivered but you have not received your package, please contact the shipping carrier first, then reach out to our customer care team for additional assistance.
Additional Delivery Information
Shipping to Alaska, Hawaii, U.S. territories, APO/FPO addresses, and P.O. Boxes may require additional transit time and may not be eligible for all shipping methods or promotions.
