Returns & Exchanges

We hope you love your order. If something isn’t quite right, we offer an easy return and exchange process for eligible items.

Return Window: Eligible items may be returned within 30 days of purchase.

Item Condition: Returned items must be unused, unworn, unwashed, and in original condition with hangtags and protective panty liner attached.

Return Options: Eligible returns may be processed for a refund, exchange, or store credit.

Items returned outside of these guidelines may not be accepted.

How to Start a Return

  1. Visit our return portal.
  2. Enter the email address used to place your order, or your order number and ZIP code. Your order number begins with “JS.”
  3. Select the item or items you would like to return.
  4. Choose your preferred return option: refund, exchange, or store credit.
  5. Select your return reason and continue through the prompts.
  6. For domestic U.S. orders, your return shipping label will be emailed to you.

International Returns

At this time, we do not offer prepaid returns or exchanges for international orders.

Any return shipping costs for international orders are the responsibility of the customer. Please contact cs@jantzen.com for assistance before sending an international return.

Additional Return Information

  • Shipping charges are non-refundable.
  • Refunds are processed to your original form of payment unless you choose an exchange or store credit. Please allow for up to 10 days for the refund to show on your credit account statement.
  • Please include the printed invoice that came with your order when mailing back your return, if available.
  • If you need to modify a submitted return request, please contact our customer service team for assistance.
  • Jantzen reserves the right to deny returns that do not meet our policy requirements.

Exchanges

We offer exchanges through our return portal. To make an exchange, begin by starting your return using the steps above.

During the return process, you will have the option to select a replacement item. If there is a price difference, you will either be charged or refunded automatically.

Your exchange order will ship after your original return item has been sent back. You will receive exchange order details by email directly after the order is placed. 

Refunds & Store Credit

  • Refunds for eligible returned merchandise are processed within 2 weeks after your return is received by our warehouse.
  • If an item you purchased goes on sale within 7 days of purchase, Jantzen will provide a one-time store credit upon request for the price difference.
  • To request sale-adjustment store credit, contact cs@jantzen.com.

Final Sale

Any product marked Final Sale is not eligible for return or exchange.

Final sale items may include products marked at 70% off final sale.

Orders placed using the coupon code FINAL25 are not eligible for return, exchange, or store credit.

Defective Items

Jantzen will exchange any item deemed defective due to a manufacturing defect within 30 days of order.

We use high-quality fabrics, but we are not liable for damage or fading caused by highly chlorinated pools, hot tubs, sand, dirt, or tanning oils, as these are considered outside normal wear.

Time From Purchase Resolution
Within 30 days of order Eligible defective items may be exchanged if approved.
1–3 months after order Store credit for 100% of the original purchase price of the defective item.
3–6 months after order Store credit for 75% of the original purchase price of the defective item.
6–12 months after order Store credit for 50% of the original purchase price of the defective item.

In accordance with federal law, we cannot accept returns for worn swimwear. All returned or exchanged items are inspected upon receipt. Worn items will be returned to the customer and refunds or exchanges will not be processed.
