We hope you love your new items from JANTZEN. But if for some reason your order isn’t just right, we have a simple, no-hassle return policy. If the item is unused, unworn, unwashed and within 30 days of shipment, return it to us for a refund, exchange or store credit. We do not accept returns if it has been more than 30 days since your order was shipped.
RETURN YOUR PURCHASE
1) Please go to our return portal to process your return.
2) Enter the email address you used to place your order or your order number and zip code. Your order number starts with a JS.
3) Select the items that you would like to return. You have to click on the item
7) For Domestic USA orders, A return label will be emailed to you.
8) For International Orders, At this time we do not offer paid returns or exchanges on international orders and any shipping costs are the responsibility of the purchaser. Please follow the above instructions and ship your return back to the address provided.
9) For orders made on our Facebook Market place you can request your return directly through Facebook, the return authorization takes up to 2 business days, and the return label will be emailed to you. OR you can use our return portal above!

**ADDITIONAL INFORMATION ON RETURNS**
• JANTZEN accepts returned items that are unused, unworn, unwashed and within 30 days of shipment.
• JANTZEN will process all refunds to your credit card (unless you selected an exchange or store credit) within 2 weeks of receiving your returned item(s) to our warehouse.
• Place your item(s) in any shipping box or bag (along with the printed invoice you received with your order) and return using your preferred shipping method.
EXCHANGE YOUR PURCHASES
1) JANTZEN now offers exchanges. So if your order wasn’t quite what you expected and you would like to exchange it, you should treat your unwanted item as a return and follow the steps above.
2) While you are processing your return in our return portal, you will be asked if you would like to make an exchange and you will be allowed to select the item you would like. If there is a price difference, you will charged or refunded for the difference automatically.
3) Your exchange order will ship once your return item has been shipped back to us. You will be emailed with your order information from firstname.lastname@example.org
REFUNDS & STORE CREDIT
1) Refunds for returned merchandise are processed within 2 weeks after the return is received by our warehouse.
2) If the item(s) you purchased go on sale within seven days of your purchase, JANTZEN will provide one-time store credit upon request in the amount the price was reduced. Contact customer service at cs@JANTZEN.com to request a store credit.
Any product listed as FINAL SALE cannot be returned or exchanged. All FINAL SALE products are marked at 70% OFF FINAL SALE.
Usage of the coupon code: FINAL25 makes the purchase ineligible for a return, exchange or store credit.
JANTZEN will exchange any item deemed defective (due to a manufacturing defect) within 30 days of shipment when accompanied with an original receipt. JANTZEN uses only the finest quality fabrics, however, we are not liable for any damage or fading due to highly chlorinated pools, hot tubs, sand, dirt, and tanning oils deemed as not normal wear and tear.
If your product was damaged after the 30-day return time, JANTZEN reserves the right to accept the damaged product under the following conditions:
|1-3 Months After Purchase||Store credit will be issued for the original purchase price of the defective item.|
|3-6 Months After Purchase||Store credit will be issued for 75 percent of the purchase price of the defective item.|
|6-12 Months After Purchase||Store credit will be issued for 50 percent of the purchase price of the defective item.|
JANTZEN in accordance with FEDERAL LAW, cannot accept returns for any worn swimwear. Returned or exchanged items must be returned in their original condition, and will be inspected upon receipt. Any worn swimwear will be returned to the customer, and refunds/exchanges will not be processed.
