- JANTZEN accepts returned items that are unused, unworn, unwashed and within 30 days of shipment.
- Items marked as FINAL SALE can not be returned or exchanged

- JANTZEN will process all refunds to your credit card, less shipping costs, within 2-3 weeks of receiving your returned item(s) to our warehouse.

I love high neck suits and I have purchased 3-4 Jantzen in the past few years. Please redesign this hook! It is impossible to hook once on! Your company is not the only one to use this but I am begging you to find a better, more usable one.
