How do I contact customer support?

Can I change or cancel my order after it has been placed?
We begin processing orders quickly, so we are unable to guarantee order changes or cancellations after an order has been placed.
Please contact cs@jantzen.com as soon as possible and we will do our best to assist.
How do I return an unwanted item?
To return any item(s), please visit Jantzen Returns to begin your return. Returns are accepted up to 30 days after purchase.

How do I make an exchange?
If your order wasn’t quite what you expected and you would like to exchange it, please follow the return process above. During the return process, you will be prompted to select the exchange option.

It’s been longer than 30 days. Can I still make a return?
Jantzen does not accept returns more than 30 days after your order has shipped.
How long does it take for a refund to be processed?
Your credit card will be refunded within 2 weeks of Jantzen receiving your return. It could take 10 days for the refund to show on your credit statement.
Please note that credits and refunds may take longer during sales or other periods of high order volume.
Can I return an item if the hangtag is missing?
Jantzen does not accept returns if the item’s hangtags or protective panty liner are missing.
If I purchased an item that is now on sale, can I receive the discounted price?
We are happy to provide store credit if an item’s price was reduced within 7 days of your purchase. Some restrictions apply.

What should I do if I didn’t receive an email confirmation or tracking information?
If you did not receive an order confirmation or tracking email, please email us at cs@jantzen.com. We will be happy to resend your confirmation or tracking details.
Please be sure to check your junk or spam folder as well.
Can I pick up items from your warehouse?
No. Orders cannot be picked up from the warehouse and must be shipped to the delivery address provided at checkout.
Shipping
Who do you use to ship my items?
Orders may ship through DHL, USPS, UPS, or FedEx depending on the destination and shipping method selected.
Where can I find your shipping policy?
You can view full shipping details, delivery timelines, and shipping promotion information on our Shipping Information page.
Do you offer free shipping?
Free or discounted shipping promotions apply only to orders shipped within the continental U.S., unless otherwise stated.
Shipping promotions are automatically applied at checkout when eligible.
Do you offer international shipping?
Yes. Shipping charges, duties, and taxes for international orders are calculated at checkout based on the destination and order contents.
What happens if I entered the wrong shipping address?
Customers are responsible for entering a complete and accurate shipping address at checkout.
Jantzen is not responsible for packages delivered to an incorrect address provided by the customer.
Sizing & Product Questions
If the size is not available online, does that mean you are out of stock?
Yes. If a size is not available online, that item is currently out of stock and unavailable for purchase.
What are the care instructions for my swimwear?
We recommend hand-washing and line-drying your swimwear. Wash your suit in cool water using a gentle soap immediately after use.
Give your suit a gentle wash and rinse, then let it line dry or lay flat to dry. We do not recommend machine washing or using detergent, as both can be harmful to the fabric and shape of your suit.
My suit is defective. What should I do?
If your suit is defective, please email our customer service team so we can help resolve the issue with a replacement or store credit.

When do you release your new line of swimwear? How often do you replenish inventory?
Jantzen releases new swimwear collections seasonally. We recommend subscribing to our promotional emails to be among the first to hear about new arrivals.
We also recommend purchasing early after a release, as we cannot guarantee that sold-out styles will be replenished.

How often does Jantzen Swimwear go on sale?
Jantzen sales are not scheduled in advance. The best way to hear about upcoming promotions is to subscribe to our email list.

Are any items final sale?
If an item is marked as final sale, it is not eligible for return or exchange.
Please refer to the product page and our Terms & Conditions for any final sale restrictions.
I can’t log in to my account, and it won’t resend my password. What now?
If you have trouble accessing your account or placing an order, please contact our customer service team at cs@jantzen.com.
I no longer wish to receive emails from Jantzen. How can I unsubscribe?
To unsubscribe from Jantzen emails, click the “unsubscribe” link located in the footer of any email you have received.
Customer Service is unable to unsubscribe you manually.
Payments & Billing
What forms of payment do you accept?

What currency are orders processed in?
All orders are processed in U.S. Dollars (USD).
When will I be charged for my order?
Your payment method will be charged at the time your order is placed.
Why was my payment declined?
If your payment was declined, please double-check that your billing information matches exactly with what your bank or card issuer has on file.
You may also want to try an alternate payment method or contact your bank for additional information.
Can I use multiple forms of payment?
At this time, we only accept one form of payment per order.
Do you offer installment or payment plans?
Installment payment options may be available through Shop Pay at checkout, depending on eligibility.
Can I use a gift card?
Yes, Jantzen gift cards can be applied at checkout. If your gift card does not cover the full order amount, you can use another payment method to complete your purchase.
Will I be charged sales tax?
Sales tax is applied to orders where required by law and will be calculated at checkout based on your shipping address.
Do you charge duties or taxes on international orders?
For international orders, duties and taxes are calculated at checkout based on the destination and order contents.
