- Free U.S. shipping on orders over $120
- Free shipping does not apply to international orders. Shipping rates and duties are calculated at checkout
- All orders ship from California, Monday through Friday. JANTZEN does not ship on weekends or federal holidays.

- $25 Express shipping
- Expedited orders placed before 11:00 a.m. (PST) ship the same business day. Orders placed after 11:00 a.m. (PST) ship the following business day.
EXCHANGES and RETURNS
- JANTZEN accepts exchanges and returns within 30 days of the order for items that are unused, unworn, and unwashed.
- Items marked as FINAL SALE cannot be returned or exchanged
- Returns are free when using the prepaid return label provided by Jantzen.
- Refunds are issued to your original form of payment, less shipping costs, within 2–3 weeks after your return is received.
- Shipping costs are non-refundable.
