- All orders are shipped from California, Monday through Friday. JANTZEN does not ship on federal holidays or weekends.

- All orders with expedited shipping that are placed prior to 12:00 p.m. (MST)(noon) will be processed and shipped the same day; expedited orders placed after 12:00 p.m. (MST) will be processed and shipped the following business day.
RETURNS
- JANTZEN accepts returned items that are unused, unworn, unwashed and within 30 days of shipment.
- Items marked as 70% OFF FINAL SALE can not be returned or exchanged
- Returns are free if you utilize the return label provided by Jantzen.
- JANTZEN will process all refunds to your credit card, less shipping costs, within 2-3 weeks of receiving your returned item(s) to our warehouse.
- Shipping costs are not refundable.
- Place your item(s) in any shipping box or bag (along with the printed invoice you received with your order) and return using your preferred shipping method.
- Items shipped without a Return Authorization (RA) are subject to a $15 restocking fee.
- Returns for refunds have a restocking fee of $9, the fee doesn´t apply to exchanges or store credit.
