RETURNS
- JANTZEN accepts returned items that are unused, unworn, unwashed and within 30 days of shipment.
- Items marked as FINAL SALE can not be returned or exchanged
- Returns are free if you utilize the return label provided by Jantzen.
- JANTZEN will process all refunds to your credit card, less shipping costs, within 2-3 weeks of receiving your returned item(s) to our warehouse.
